Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Portugal.

If you're buying from outside of the European Union - customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs, delivery times, and available services may vary depending on the destination. You can find detailed shipping information and costs during the checkout process.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. In case there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time will vary based on the shipping method and destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays that are beyond our control, such as customs inspections and other situations.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination of your order. Since I'm just getting started, it is a bit more difficult to have competitive pricing with a lower volume of orders, but know that I will be constantly trying to update and upgrade shipping conditions for the best options possible to offer you.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is fulfilled/shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow and keep up with progress on your shipment.

 

Important Notice for U.S. Customers Only

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional tariffs or customs duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Once a shipment arrives in the United States, any customs charges must be paid even if the customer intends to refuse the delivery or return the item. Customs clearance is required for the shipment to be returned to us, and a return freight charge will also apply. As such, we cannot process any refunds unless all outstanding customs and return shipping fees have been settled.
